I have a user name and password but I am having difficulty logging onto the members-only area of the MCC website. Any suggestions?
If you have been issued a user name and password, please try the following stesp:
-
Select the log in button at the top right corner of the opening web page
-
Type in your user name & password (do not cut & paste)
Hopefully, this will work for you. If you continue to have problems, you are most likely being prevented access by a firewall in your company’s system. If your company uses a squid proxy server, you are out of luck – the Sharepoint platform that hosts the MCC website cannot interface with those type of servers.
Some people have had success by accessing the website through the Firefox web browser.

Are MCC metrics rigid and inflexible?
MCC metrics are intended to be foundation metrics and should be used whenever possible.Pick and chose which ones are most important between sponsor and service provider – you don’t have to use them all.May need to add additional metrics to meet needs of unique relationships / events / processes between sponsor & service provider.
Will performance metrics reduce or eliminate creativity?
Metrics change behaviors, help identify opportunities, increase learning, and monitor process performance. They are essential for sound business decisions & operations management.
Will data be used against service providers?
In isolated situations this is true and sometimes appropriate, but this is not the focus of the Consortium mission and goals: “… jointly encourage performance improvement, effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriate levels of controls.”
